When will my order ship?

We’re committed to getting your order out the door as fast as possible! All orders will ship on Mondays and Fridays except for holidays. Orders placed on the day before/on holidays will be fulfilled on our following shipping day.

We will send you tracking information when the order has been fulfilled. You can also download the “shop” tracking service provided through Shopify. This will allow you to track your package and receive real time updates.

What shipping options are available?

At the moment we only use USPS Ground Advantage (this was the best price for us and our customers) all packages shipped in the continental U.S. can be expected in 2–5 business days after it has left Je Swim facilities.

My package is lost or stolen—what do I do?

Unfortunately, there isn’t much we can do since USPS doesn’t offer reliable reimbursement for lost packages. As a small business, we can’t take on the liability of carrier issues. The good news is we are working on adding an option for shipping protection that we highly recommend choosing to prevent any tears.

Can I change my order?

If you need to make any changes, please email us at jeswim2022@gmail.com with “URGENT” in the subject line. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but once your order is processed, we may not be able to make changes.

If you need to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible. If it’s already processed, cancellations aren’t possible, but we’re happy to help you with a return for store credit, provided the item meets our return criteria!
