US Returns & Exchanges

All merchandise is eligible to be returned for store credit only, and each order is also eligible for one free exchange. Styles that are soiled, worn, damaged, laundered, or altered will not be accepted. It is at our discretion to determine if the returned product has been soiled. If it is determined to be soiled, worn, damaged, laundered, or altered, orders will not be accepted for a return or store credit. They will be returned to the sender at your expense. 

The refund, store credit, or exchange will be processed within 14 business days from the date of the returned package. We can only process a refund back to the original payment method, and shipping fees are not refunded.

For us to accept your return, your order must meet the following criteria:

Return is initiated within 14 days from when you receive your package.

All products must be returned in their original condition. Soiled, worn, damaged, laundered, altered, or unsanitary items will not be accepted.

All products must also have the original tags and sanitary liner intact.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on ANY sale items.

This includes all items in our sale section and items purchased with a discount code.

No exceptions.

How to start a return or exchange:

  1. Log in to your customer account: Enter your email, get a code sent to your email, then enter the code
  2. Find your order: Click "Request return" next to the order
  3. Select items: Choose what you want to return and why
  4. Submit: Click "Request return"

Submit the return request:

  • Find the order you want to return
  • Click "Request return" for that order
  • If the order has multiple items, select which items you want to return
  • Choose a return reason from the dropdown menu
  • Add any notes or comments for the store
  • Click "Request return" to submit

What happens next:

  • You'll receive a confirmation email that your return request was submitted
  • The store will review your request and either approve or decline it
  • If approved, you'll receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label (if shipping is required)
  • After the store receives your returned items, you will receive your store credit.

Important notes for customers:

  • You can only request returns for orders that have been fulfilled or partially fulfilled
  • Return requests must be submitted within the store's return window
  • Some items may be marked as final sale and cannot be returned
