One month. Four stops. I’ve been busy.
I was technically designed to keep the sun out of your eyes. But apparently my job description also includes ferry rides, pool days, family milestones, celebrity sightings and making every vacation photo better.
Here’s what I’ve been up to lately.
STOP ONE: MARTHA’S VINEYARD
Home base: Faraway Martha’s Vineyard
Reservations: Beach Road, The Lookout & The Brick Cellar at Atria
People we pretended not to stare at: John Krasinski & Emily Blunt
First, they packed me for Martha’s Vineyard. Correct decision. We checked into Faraway, where I immediately felt at home. Vibey hotel, good outfits, plenty of opportunities to be photographed looking casually thrown on a chair.
We ate our way around the island: Beach Road, The Lookout and The Brick Cellar at Atria. And then John Krasinski and Emily Blunt walked in. Everyone tried to act normal. I was the only one who succeeded. I’m pretty sure they gave them our table but that’s ok.
